By creating a Clarken account or using the Clarken service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Clarken provides AI-powered conversational intelligence via a web interface and API. The service routes queries through the Feedable Network, a decentralised inference network operated by contributors worldwide.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 16 years old to use Clarken. You may not share your account with others or allow others to access the service through your account.
You may not use Clarken to generate, distribute, or store illegal content, to harass or harm others, to attempt to circumvent the service's safety measures, or to abuse the infrastructure in ways that degrade service quality for other users. Violation may result in immediate account termination without refund.
Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods already in use. Stripe processes all payments and handles payment disputes per their terms.
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any behaviour that we reasonably believe harms the service or its users. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.
Clarken is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
