We collect your email address and the messages you send to Clarken. We do not collect or store payment card details — payments are processed by Stripe.
Your conversations are used solely to provide the Clarken service. We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties except as required to operate the service (Stripe for payments, our cloud infrastructure provider).
Messages are transmitted as binary token data over an encrypted connection. Plain text does not transit our infrastructure — only encoded representations that are decoded locally in your browser.
Conversation history is retained until you delete it or close your account. You can delete individual conversations or your entire account at any time from Settings.
We use a single httpOnly session cookie for authentication. No tracking cookies, no analytics cookies, no advertising cookies.
